Skin rash for some reason...HELP?

My skin has like lots of little red bumps (something like mosquito bites but smaller...RASH?) I'm not sure... if the water i took a bath with was dirty or maybe the soap i used was allergic to my skin...or something...what should I do to stop it?

take some benedryl and take a shoer with a soap that don't break you out and you know it

Take some benadryl. Then get some Hydrocortisone from the local health/beauty supply place or the grocery store and put it on it. You have gotten what is called contact dermatitis. It will take at least a week, if not more to heal. DON'T Scratch it, it spreads easily, and stay out of the heat, being hot will just make it spread more.
Reply:first of all find an anti fungal cream to put on. Change your soap to white antibacterial soap. if the rash persists rather ask your pharmicist what is the best course of action.
Reply:Go to a doctor and he'll prescribe you something. If it's rash, he might give you some kind of cream with eucerin.
Reply:It's difficult to tell what a rash really signifies, without you standing in front of me.

What appears to be skin rash can either be an allergy, or an outbreak of a disease (bacterial, fungal or viral). To figure out how to stop a rash, you need to know for sure if it's an allergy or a disease.

First, wash your entire body clean with warm water and a different, mild soap, and drink lots of clean water, to flush out any possible allergens. If the rash is itchy, put benadryl or hydrocortisone on the area. If the rash subsides in the next 5 hours after applying these, then all you had was a mild allergy to soap or water.

If you start having puffed-up eyes, mouth or skin, and have difficulty breathing, it's definitely a major allergy. (Possibly due to food, drink, or contact with animal / plant matter.) Take one tablet of antihistamine (e.g. Claritin), and get yourself to the hospital E.R. right away (and don't forget to mention what you took to the attending doctors).

If the rash looks the same (neither worse nor better) after applying benadryl or hydrocortisone, you could be having a fungal or bacterial infection instead. Get yourself some anti-bacterial or anti-fungal ointment, and go see a dermatologist.

On the other hand, if your rash turns to numerous tiny blisters, accompanied by painfully throbbing nerves and fever, you might be breaking out into shingles. This is a viral infection (herpes zoster virus), a recurrent version of chicken pox. You need to see a doctor right away for this. Medicine for shingles: Zovirax (to prevent blisters from worsening and scarring you), Mefenamic Acid (for the pain), vitamins, good food, water and lots of bedrest (at least 2 weeks).
