Ok, i have this weird skin problem. My skin is constantly itchy, especially at night and when scratch it or even barely scrape it, i break out into hive looking marks. they are puffy and red and normally last for about 20 mins before fading. Does anyone have any idea of what is happening? and has this happened to anyone else? oh, and what causes it? any info will help. thank you so much for the help.
PS: this has only been happening for about the last year.

It's exzema. That is more than likely not the correct spelling.
I was given Neosporin to put on it.
It helps a lot. It relieves the itching.
