Skin problems..?
you shouldn't be washing your face 5 times a day. that can causes acne too. wash your face 2 times a day - morning and night.
and moisturize your face everyday to make it healthier, smoother, and softer.
Skin problems..?
donno
Reply:use proactive is the best
Reply:if you can try proactive... but if you cant buy them.. hmm.. try
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 lemon juice.
wash your face with this.. try not to get it into your eyes.
:)
hope this helps!
Reply:I suggest you stop using any sort of medication for your acne because they do absolutely nothing, only providing temporally relief and never really attacking the root cause..I suffered from acne for 5 years and finally found out what was causing my acne..All skin problems start from the inside of your body. I stopped using medication and mainly focused on my diet....I've found that dairy and excessive sugar(junk food, processed food, candy, soda, etc...) were actually the biggest culprits behind what caused my acne....and irregular bowl movements....You should be having at least have 1-3 bowl movements a day to release the toxins that are flowing around your body before they release through your skin as acne....Hope that helps.....Heres some links I gave you......
Reply:if you don't want to pop pimples your self then I'd say go get them poped professionally. you don't need to wash your face that many times a day. when you wash your face don't wash with a bar or ones that foam up both well dehydrate your skin and make things worse. go with a "milky" cleanser, I'd use this twice a day once in the morning and once at night. also I'd exfoliate about twice a week it well help the stuff that is causing pimples stay off the skin, DON'T touch your face much the oil and dirt will only promote pimples.
Reply:Ever feel like U wash your face but the zits keep coming back? When you wash your face, the oil glands produce more to help keep your skin keep moist and protected. The more you wash, the more oil you produce. IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP CLEAN!!!!! Washes don't work because the medicine nees to sit on your face, not be wrinced off right away. I suggest an acne cream to put on before you go to bed. After your shower, your pores have opened up and the medicine can work faster and clean deeper! I'm in the 8th grade too, so I know how embarrassing acne can be...If your skin is sensitive to the sun...KEEP IT OUT! The sun can be a quick cover up for blemishes, but it can also help inflame them! (Make them bigger and redder!)
It's important to keep your skin clean and relax. Yes, relax. Relaxing and getting enough rest can really improve your acne's healing process! Well TTYL!

Reply:i am an acne expert (or sorts, i got acne when i was 8 years old and i am ow 22 and i just now have found the secret to controlling it after trying many different medicines and brands)
here are the main things acne brands claim to do:
exfoliate and cleanse and 're-freshen'
honestly, here's how to go all that without breaking the bank:
exfoliate: buy a loaf or a bath cloth. the rougher the better (without making you bleed of course) you could even use bar soap with it and just rub your face. this gets rid of dead skin and blackheads and helps prevent acne from forming.
cleansing: cleaners these days say 'cleans without drying your skin out,' but don't worry about that, dry your skin out, you need to. use any cleaners you want, even bar soup as long as it's oil free.
re-freshen: moisturize. by an oil free moisturizer and you're set, this is why if doesn't matter if your cleanser dries your skin out, you're gonna be using a moisturizer anyway.
99.9% of acne companies use an expensize inefficent method of these three steps. this is the basic and cheap way to prevent and cure acne.
i would also recommend (if your acne is bad) to buy a benzoylperoxid based cream and a salicylic acid based gel. these are the main two ingridents ance companies use. benzoylperoxid dries up oil thus dries your skin out and salicylic acid 'stips' old skin away. buy both and alternate then every two week to a month. that way your skin doesn't get too use to either of them.
