well, im pretty sure that if you write on your hands with a sharpie that wont like automaticaly give you like skin cancer, but if you do that a lot would it give you skin cancer, or some other type of skin damage???

No, you wash your hands and body so often that the skin cells just fall off (with the ink), that's why permanent marker isn't so permanent on skin.
