the people of india have no doubt the best skin and hair in the world. it must be hidden in their diet. what types of vitamins are they getting more of? what kinds of spa like treatment should i use? ie mud mask, skin peal. whats are the keys to getting hair like you see in commercials? i have a very nice black but i want the strands to be more dense and my skin to be less yellow? more olive if that makes any sense.
Hair and skin vitamins?
Use plain yogurt the very first diet of day and eat an apple after at least 15 minutes daily (never miss these in morning , espacially early morning) and them eat something else if you want at least 15 minutes later, use oranges, carrots in your routine and fish also(cod liver oil will also do if taken as daily diet to reasonable extent) , dry nuts/fruits ill also but dont eat much or too much of them daily. And you will notice a new you result clearly after at least 2 months, so take a snap of you to day so you can compare with as time passes by. Get more of fresh fruits, ved and lots of water in your diet and avoid fats, fries, choctales, ice creams, colas, fizzdrinks, cold drinks as much you can (this helps in nothing healthy instead any of junk foods just make us fat , ugly and let no space empty for pure healthy diets that brightens our looks.)
Hair and skin vitamins?
My cosmotologist just suggested to me to take flaxseed oil supplements for stronger, thicker hair.
Reply:According to my dermatologist, the best vitamins for the hair is the B complex (B1, B2, B3 and so on...).
I've always known that Vitamin E and D were good for the skin. This comes from commercials and age-old sayings from mothers. Some cosmetic companies have the vitamins as part of the ingredients for topical application but I don't believe they are in sufficient enough quantities to have permanent effects. Oral intake is still the best. This is for overall HEALTHY skin.
Moisturize every day. Doesn't matter with what, they're all the same, regardless of what the manufacturers say. Exfoliate once a week (still doesn't matter what brand).
