Does girl skin care work on guys?

i've always wanted to know this. do girl products such as moisturizers and stuff work on guys, because its always targeted at women and not guys when guys also have skin problems. like this product clinique moister surge extra: thirsty skin relief (u can look it up) my sis had this and i was wondering if this would work on me because i also have dry skin and it really worked for her.

i think the question you're really asking is if it's ok for a guy to use a "woman's" skin (or other) product. i say go for it, skin is skin and it'll work. if you're embarrassed about it for whatever reason, no one has to know.

the "for men" products are basically the same thing in a blue container. but you're ahead of the curve here and taking care of your skin. bravo.

Sure, I would say yes all skincare marketed towards women can be used on men. I used to work for Clinique and the Moisture Surge would be just fine. Also check into Bobbi Brown's "Extra" line. It's made for dry skin. There is a wonderful men's line called "The Art of Shaving" you could try if you are hung up on packaging! I say go for it and you'll be the one laughing with the great skin!
Reply:Most beauty products are aimed towards women because women are the ones who are most concerned with their appearances. There's no physiological difference between a guys skin and a girls skin. If you have dry skin, don't feel shy to use a moisturizer like Clinique's. They have quality products and no perfumes in it so it's good for sensitive skin.
Reply:i dont see why not unless it says its 4 gurls only ( =
Reply:Yes, you can use "girl" products for "guy" skin. However, some girly products have more of a feminine perfume to them. My brothers used to steal all my skin products till I turned them onto some great mens line products at Sephora.com. Both the Anthony and ZIHR products are their favorites. They smell clean instead of cologne like and they were even featured on QueerEye. So, you know they work!
Reply:It's not really work(It would work with some skin type only), if guys need to use girl's any skin care. This is bcuz men and wemen have the different skin. I have seen some skin care, and foam for men, such as Nivea and L'oreal...etc, I knew becuz I have some men friends, who had a problem about their skin. If any skin care not work with u and ur skin getting worst, seriously go to skin care clinic ^__^
Reply:Yes. Lol. I think almost all the guys I know (the good-looking ones anyway) use some kind of "womens" skin care product. I've also bought Clinique for my brother before and he loves it! If you're curious, ask your sister if you can try some of hers ;)
Reply:uuuh..u sound girlish...y dont u buy a cream 4 ur own..wat i meant is 4 guyzz...like fair %26amp;handsome..etc best of luck
Reply:I dont really know but I think u can.
